The classic beef box represents all the cuts from a body of beef, which ensures that we can continue to buy whole animals directly from farmers. As a whole beast butchery, we pride ourselves on utilising all available cuts from every carcass to avoid waste and promote nose-to-tail eating.


  • 1kg Osso Bucco or Bladebone Steak*
  • 2pc T-bone Steak - approx. 800g
  • 600g Rump Steak
  • 2pc Scotch Fillet Steak or Eye Fillet or Porterhouse - approx. 500g*
  • 1kg Diced Beef
  • 500g Topside Steak
  • Blade Roast or Brisket or Chuck Roast - approx. 1kg*
  • 1kg Corned Silverside
  • 1kg Premium Mince
  • 1.5kg Thin Sausages
