Please contact our team on 02 6657 2023 or office@thedorrigobutcher.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order in regards to refunds and replacements. Please note that to be eligible for a replacement you must be able to show the original packaging and photos of the product.


Orders need to be made online by 8am the day before scheduled delivery is to occur.

By placing an order online, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. We may use your personal information such as phone number & email address to contact you to clarify anything about your order.


The Dorrigo Butcher delivers to Coffs Harbour area and Bellingen every Wednesday and Armidale once monthly.

All orders are delivered anytime between 8am-5pm.

If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at office@thedorrigobutcher.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. The Dorrigo Butcher accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

The Dorrigo Butcher accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.

Customers must get in contact with us via email office@thedorrigobutcher.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. The Dorrigo Butcher will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order. Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.


All prices are subject to change. Your subscription price may vary slightly if the individual price of cuts has been updated. 


Free Jerky Add-On (Memberships): Add-on applicable to first time orders only for Dorrigo Butcher membership subscriptions with renewing orders over $100

Free Sausage & Condiment Add-On (Memberships): Add-on applicable to Dorrigo Butcher membership subscriptions with renewing orders over $150

Free Delivery: Only applicable to orders over $200 and with an eligible delivery address. 

Limited Time Offer: Applicable to the first 20 Customers to purchase a Dorrigo Butcher Nose-To-Tail-Lamb Box. Eligible customers will recieve a $20 discount on checkout. 


At The Dorrigo Butcher, we strive to provide high quality meat. We ask that you carefully select your meat products as we do not refund once the product has been purchased. We will only issue a replacement or store credit of your item for the following reasons:

  • There is a clear problem with the item that would have stopped you from buying it originally;
  • It is unsafe;
  • It is significantly different from the description

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds or returns. We do our best to keep stock levels updated online, however if we are out of stock of your item once ordered online, we will offer a replacement or store credit for your item.


Customers are required to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchasing. 


The Dorrigo Butcher may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

We use insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours. Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your order. We deliver to apartments, however please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.

What time will you deliver my order?

We give a timeframe of morning or afternoon for your delivery. Once dropped at your address our delivery driver will send you a text message to let you know your order has been delivered. We are not able to give specific times for deliveries.
