OUR STORY
We started The Dorrigo Butcher in 2019 as a couple passionate about our local region and the food it produces. Our shop has been the local butcher’s shop in Dorrigo for 70 years, and we are proud to grow the reputation of the exceptional quality produce from the Dorrigo Plateau. We have expanded our range with our Smokehouse, and have won multiple awards for our Beef Jerky, sausages, free-range ham and bacon. We source the best beef, lamb and pork grown in our region and we are confident you will find it some of the best meat available.
