How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sign-in and under My Account you will see an option on your Subscription to cancel. If you need support, please get in touch and our friendly team will assist.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card is charged on your payment date, with the exception of your first delivery, in which case you are charged at the time of purchase. You can find your exact payment date when you log in to your account. We accept Visa and MasterCards.
Is there a minimum subscription time required?
No there is not. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. We only ask that you make any changes before your next scheduled payment, so that your upcoming order is not processed.
Can I change what I've ordered in my subscription?
Yes you can update your subscription at any time by going to My Account. We only ask that you make any changes before your next scheduled payment, so that your standing order is not processed.
Can I pick what's in my box?
Yes you can create a box that suits your needs. Only the standard boxes are set, and bundles that are special deals or limited time offers.
What if I'm on holidays?
If you need to change, simply reach out to us, or change your next scheduled payment date on your account. If necessary, you can also skip you next order by logging into your account.
Can the prices change?
All prices are subject to change. Your subscription price may vary slightly if the individual price of cuts has been updated. Should you have concerns please get in touch with our team to discuss.
Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
Our home delivery service is available to the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen area fortnightly, and we come to Armidale every 4 weeks.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver to the Coffs Harbour region fortnightly on Wednesday. We deliver to Armidale on Monday every 4 weeks (please check exact dates here)
What if I live outside the delivery zone?
Please contact us if you live outside of our delivery zone. We may be able to arrange a pick up point for you.
What if I'm not home when you deliver?
We use insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours. Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your order.
What time will you deliver my order?
We give a timeframe of morning or afternoon for your delivery. Once dropped at your address our delivery driver will send you a text message to let you know your order has been delivered. We are not able to give specific times for deliveries.
If I choose Click & Collect, when can I pick up my order?
Orders placed before 8am can be collected that same day after 12pm.
Orders placed after 8am can be collected the next business day.

Products & Ingredients
Are your sausages gluten free?
Yes, our classic sausages are gluten free. Please check the individual products to confirm.
Do you make your own value added products?
Yes we make all of our rissoles, schnitzels, sausages, and crumbed cuts fresh in house.
Do you source your meat from local farms?
Yes we source our meat directly from farms on the Dorrigo Plateau and surrounding region. All of our beef is from Dorrigo, our lamb is from Dorrigo for 9 months of the year (then from the New England region), our pork is from Lawrence (near Grafton), and our organic chickens are from Bellingen (our free range chicken is from the Glasshouse Mountains in southern QLD).
