Can I pick what’s in my box?
Yes you can create a box that suits your needs. Only the standard boxes are set, and bundles that are special deals or limited time offers.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card is charged on the scheduled payment date, with the exception of your first delivery, in which case you are charged at the time of purchase. You can find your scheduled payment date when you log in to your account. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
What if I am away on holidays?
If you need to change, simply reach out to us, or change your next scheduled payment date on your account. If necessary, you can also skip you next order by logging into your account.
Is there a minimum subscription time required?
How do I cancel my subscription?
