Where do we deliver?

Our home delivery service is available to the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen area fortnightly, and we come to Armidale every 4 weeks.

Delivery for Coffs and Bellingen regions is currently available for addresses that are within the delivery zone shown on the map. Please check your address on the interactive map and then the days of delivery to your region.

If you live outside the boundary please contact us to confirm if delivery is possible or to check with us, if you're unsure.

Please note, we DO NOT deliver on weekends.

ORDER CUT OFF IS 8AM TUESDAY FOR DELIVERY FOLLOWING DAY (WEDNESDAY).

ANY ORDERS MADE AFTER 8:00AM TUESDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT DELIVERY RUN.

DELIVERY FEES AND DISCOUNTS

Standard local delivery is charged at $20. Spend over $200 for free local delivery on eligible orders. 

DELIVERY POLICY

The Dorrigo Butcher delivers to Coffs Harbour area and Bellingen  and Armidale.

All orders are delivered anytime between 8am-4pm. We cannot give a specific time to expect delivery. We use insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours.

If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at office@thedorrigobutcher.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. The Dorrigo Butcher accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

The Dorrigo Butcher accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.

Customers must get in contact with us via email office@thedorrigobutcher.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. The Dorrigo Butcher will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order. Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Dorrigo Butcher may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.

DELIVERY FAQ's

What if I’m not home for delivery?

We use insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours. Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your order. We deliver to apartments, however please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.

What time will you deliver my order?

We give a timeframe of morning or afternoon for your delivery. Once dropped at your address our delivery driver will send you a text message to let you know your order has been delivered. We are not able to give specific times for deliveries.

Click & Collect

Alternatively you can now order online and “click & collect” your order from our store at a time that suits you. Orders placed by 8am can be collected after 12pm on the same day (depending on stock availability). Orders placed after 8am can be collected the following trading day. Please leave a note for us at the checkout if there is a particular time you would like to collect.
